Hotel Borromeo

The hotel had a great location with easy access to the Metro for sites further afield and near the Colosseum. the breakfast was excellent and taken on the rooftop terrace with lovely views. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable with good facilities.

Some guests have reported that there were issues with unavailable rooms and being moved to less desirable hotels, and some rooms were on the small side with a lack of sockets for convenient use of facilities.

Conveniently located, surrounded by many restaurants and bars, and within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff are welcoming, approachable, and provided useful information in a variety of languages. Decent breakfast with a nice variety of food choices. A clean and relaxing accommodation with terraces. Strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

It's also close to the railway station, making it convenient for transportation. The rooms are nicely lit and comfortable, with clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. Guests can enjoy a free continental breakfast on the top floor, and the hotel also offers facilities like a vending machine and baggage storage.

Some rooms face a busy street, so earplugs are recommended for a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to all the main attractions and close to public transportation. This made it convenient for exploring the city during my Christmas trip. the staff was friendly and provided great service, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest.

The size of the room. It felt cramped and made it difficult to move around, especially with two people.

The staff at this hotel were friendly, professional, and always had a smile on their face. From the receptionists to the waiters at breakfast, their kindness and helpfulness made the stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also great, being close to certain sites and within a 30-minute walk of most other attractions on this side of the river. The rooms were spacious and the showers were amazing.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Rome and had a great experience at Borromeo. The location was fantastic, right near the Colosseum and other main sites. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a small fridge and a coffee/tea maker. The staff was friendly and tried to help with any requests I had. Despite a few minor issues, like a small room size and some maintenance items that needed attention, overall I would recommend staying at Borromeo for its convenient location and excellent service.

We had a comfortable room with a walk-in shower and a large double bed, perfect for my partner who has a disability. The reception staff were very helpful, even assisting us with a taxi query. The location was great with a bus stop right outside. The air conditioning in the room was also a blessing. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were excellent, providing great recommendations for local food and being very accommodating. the showers were amazing and I loved the fact that the hotel offered free breakfast and wifi. the location of the hotel was also a key factor for me, as it was within walking distance of many attractions.

The beds were a bit hard and the rooms were very warm, with a thermostat that didn't work. I had to leave the windows open in January to cool down the room a bit.
